Our core value and mission is to provide complementary wedding planning advice and vendor referrals to brides and those who love them. These services are provided at no charge thanks to the vendors who share our vision and high standards. We invite you to use our boutique as your personal bridal resource gallery. We won’t ask you to watch a “why you need a wedding planner” infomercial or make you uncomfortable with a sales pitch. If you decide you need more personalized planning help or wedding day coordination, of course we hope you will consider our services!

Coordination

While many call this “day of”, we offer much more than that and start working with you well in advance of your wedding day. All of our coordination packages include timeline creation, vendor confirmations and logistics, rehearsal management and wedding day directing. Some of our coordination packages also include attendance at your final reception site walk through to ensure all the details will be handled according to your wishes. On site wedding day coordination services by our staff start at $1,800 and go up from there. If full day coordination services are above your budget, we offer partial day services starting at $750 as well as planning tools like timeline packages for the DIY bride.

Consulting

We offer private consultations to discuss your budget, contract negotiations, etiquette, monthly “to do” lists, wedding day logistics or any other concerns you may have. We are also happy to meet with you a few weeks before your wedding to do a “wedding checklist” making sure you have not forgotten anything.

Planning
Wedding Express

For brides who have limited time or may live out of town, we are pleased to offer a service called “Wedding Express”. With this option, we arrange for the vendors you want to interview to meet you in our office – eliminating the need to drive all over town. In many cases, we can plan your wedding in three visits or less saving you time, airfare and gas mileage!

Full Service Planning

Full service wedding and event planning is provided by our owner, Brigid Horne-Nestor, an Accredited Bridal Consultant with over 15 years experience in the special event industry. While it may seem strange that a wedding planning firm would offer help with elopements, we believe every bride has the right to her own version of the perfect wedding. We can help with finding an officiant, the ideal location, travel arrangements –whatever you need!
