Karen_MontgomeryKaren Montgomery

Karen is the i-do Weddings & Events MVP. She is the manager of the i-do Boutique and handles daily communication with our clients and their vendors. Karen has been planning weddings since 2003 when she began coordinating rehearsals and ceremonies at Summit Country Day chapel with her mom. When she is not coordinating a wedding for one of our clients, she spends her Saturdays in the boutique serving as “ground control” for our coordination staff. Our clients, boutique guests and staff appreciate her gentle guidance and amazing organizational skills. She handles stressful situations with grace and makes our clients happy to be our clients.

Julie_TraubertJulie Traubert

Julie is the most senior member of the i-do Weddings & Events coordination team and started coordinating weddings in 2001. She also happens to be Brigid’s sister. Our clients love Julie’s kind and caring personality and often mention the little things she does to make them feel well cared for on the wedding day. Her years of experience allow her to anticipate needs before the client asks, and this makes her a favorite with wedding vendors as well.

Melody_Smith-JonesMelody Smith Jones

Before joining the team at i-do Weddings & Events in 2004, Melody was an International Exchange Advisor in Japan with a passion for world cultures. She was able to gain a wealth of experience in cultural protocol during that time and loves weddings that fuse a bride and groom’s ethnic heritage into the festivities. When Melody married Wil Jones, she gained a husband and the team at i-do gained an expert in groomsmen attire. Wil makes tying the most complicated bow tie look easy and is available for clients who may feel “formal wear challenged”.

Megan_MillayMegan Millay

Megan joined our team after her Event Planning professor at Xavier University told us how great she was. That was in 2005, and we have had the pleasure of working with her ever since. Megan has the ability to “direct the show without being the show”. Her low key manner and levelheaded decision making ability allows our clients to relax and enjoy the wedding day without worry. She handles nearly impossible reception set up situations with competence and ease.

Michaela_BarbourMichaela Barbour

Michaela started coordinating weddings with us in 2007 after working as a wedding photography consultant. Her laid back demeanor serves as a calming presence for clients. She gets the job done in high stress situations, and her attention to detail ensures a seamless wedding day. Clients and reception venues alike welcome all she does behind the scenes to make the bride’s vision a reality.

Brooke_BehnfeldtBrooke Behnfeldt

Brooke started planning and coordinating weddings in the mid 90’s, and her professional training is in interior design and architecture. Her creative talent can be seen throughout the i-do Boutique as she served as the designer for our space. She is unflappable under pressure, and our clients love her professional, yet easy going manner. Brooke has a great sense of humor that puts all who work with her at ease. Her creative ideas and practical problem solving skills make her a valuable asset on the i-do Weddings & Events team.

Pam_FarmerPam Farmer

Pam started planning and coordinating weddings in the mid 90’s. Her even keeled personality has a very calming effect on the wedding day, and outdoor home weddings are her personal favorite. She is a self described “people person”. One of Pam’s favorite things about being a wedding coordinator is getting to know our client’s family members and ensuring they feel like guests on the wedding day.

Shannon_WullenweberShannon Wullenweber

Shannon began planning weddings at reception facilities like the Manor House in Mason. She was our sales rep. for several weddings at the Manor House over the years, and our clients loved working with her. She joined our team in 2009. Her sincere excitement for every bride and warm smile endear her to all who have the pleasure of working with her. Shannon works on weddings, bridal shows and helps out at the i-do Boutique.

Tiesha_FrazierTiesha Frazier

Since 2004, Tiesha has been an extremely detailed wedding planner who prides herself on handling all the little details that make the difference between a good wedding and a great wedding. She believes that nothing is better than the bride being her own “most honored guest” on the wedding day. Having always loved to celebrate and help those around her, Tiesha discovered her passion for wedding planning after helping an acquaintance organize a wedding in only 4 months. That acquaintance (now friend) sparked an “Ah ha” moment that changed her life in a way she never could have imagined.

Renee_SchuckmanRenee Schuckman

Renee started working with us in 2009 as an Association of Bridal Consultants referral. Our association asks senior members to allow novice members to “apprentice” with an experienced planner as part of their training. Renee did such a great job that we asked her to join the team. She attends the Association of Bridal Consultants state and national conferences in order to stay on top of the latest trends, and her attention to detail on reception set up allows our clients to have the reception of their dreams.

Melissa_SwinarskiMelissa Swinarski

Melissa started with i-do Weddings & Events during college as an intern in the summer of 2009. She was extremely helpful in launching i-do Boutique as she compiled the binders of information on various venues and vendors. On the wedding day, Melissa is a hard worker who does every job with a smile. Her “can do” attitude makes her a fabulous addition to the wedding coordination team.
