I am writing to you to let you know that we have worked with wedding planner Brigid Horne-Nestor of i-do Weddings & Events for several years here at Music Hall. Each time has been a very professional experience whether Brigid is here herself or has assigned one of her wedding planners to the event. Brigid is very good at sharing information that she has with us which helps all of us work as a team to make the client happy. Because our building is a National Historic Landmark as well as home to the Cincinnati Symphony and Opera Company, we have several eccentricities that we must work around in order to satisfy client requests and Brigid helps us in communicating that to the client. Just yesterday I asked Kate if there was anything about their wedding that she would have done differently, and she replied “Nothing, it was perfect”. You and your staff had a lot to do with it being perfect. From the rehearsal, to picking up lunch, serving lunch, cleaning my kitchen, advising us on gratuities, to accompanying us to Ault Park, assisting Kate and the bridal party, distributing flowers at the church, organizing everyone and everything at the ceremony and reception to getting a last minute carriage for the bride and groom – you did a phenomenal job! The bridesmaids still talk about how kind and helpful you were to them. Brigid, you were so professional, so quietly efficient, and so nice. It was a joy to have you helping our family on such a special occasion. We will recommend i-do Weddings & Events at every opportunity and please feel free to use us as a reference. Thank you for helping to make our only daughter’s dreams come true.
We were so pleased with everything that was done to help Megan & Jeff’s wedding be so absolutely perfect. I am not sure how we all would have gotten through the event without your help, support and guidance. You were always ready with great ideas and suggestions. Knowing that you were following up with all the vendors during that last week was a huge stress relief!! On Friday and Saturday you were such a help with working with those church ladies – and then making sure things ran smoothly on Saturday. Without you, we could not have enjoyed the wedding so much. Thank you so much for everything. You went above and beyond including returning the flowers to the church!! We loved working with you so much!! I have a feeling that our son will be getting married in the not too distant future, and I will give you a call to see if you can work with us on that.
There is no way to thank you enough for all you did to help make our day so special and so awesome! You were the anchor- the most important helper the day of the wedding and the key to our planning process. We couldn’t imagine our wedding without you there. It would not have been nearly as unique and beautiful, and we and our families would certainly not have been nearly as relaxed as we were. From vendor recommendations to re-rehearsing the wedding ceremony with the bridal party – it was so wonderful to have you there. In the weeks before the wedding, I certainly got myself worked up into quite a “type A control freak frenzy”. It was great to have you join the mix because I knew I could trust you and therefore relax and enjoy myself. It was so comforting to know that if I forgot something – you would have it in your emergency kit…and if there was a “bridesmaid situation” that you would take care of it. Thank you! I loved working with you – and my mother, Kevin and several other people commented that they did too. I’ll let you know when the pictures come in!

When we first started the planning process, I was overwhelmed by all the details and I knew I would make myself crazy if I attempted to do it all on my own. Once we met you, I think we immediately sensed that you would be the perfect person to work with. Your enthusiasm and dedication to your job was evident, and it was contagious. Throughout our engagement, you always gave me good advice, encouragement, ideas and kept me on track. It was so comforting to know that you were there to take care of any last minute details. Your vendor recommendations were great and definitely helped me as an out of state bride to get things accomplished when I was back in town.
